She was predeceased by: her parents, Lena Mae Siets and Eric Jones; her husband Everett Hazzard Sr.; her son Everett Jr.; her children-in-law, Nancy Hazzard and Terry Dygert; her sisters, Mary Ellen Johnson, Josephine Beacraft and Harriett Euler; and her close friends, Robert Adamovich and William Null.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanine Hazzard-Dygert, Christine Lena Nettles, Yvonne Reed (Richard), Thomas Adamovich of Angier, NC. and Edward; and her caregiver Jennifer VanSlyke. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren as well as many, many nieces and nephews.
