He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Decker and Gladys Chatterton Decker; and his son-in-law Frank Petkovsek IV. He is survived by : his wife Sharon Youker; his children, Tina Petkovsek (Dan Edwards), Julia Yerina (Bill), Kenneth Decker, Jr., Cory and Fallon Decker; and his grandchildren, Brandon Burdick (Amanda), Channing Burdick, Kali Yerina (Gene), Nichole Decker (Josh), Noah Decker and Dominic Decker. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
