He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Comstock and Elenora Comstock. He is survived by: his son Marty Jr. (Jaime Lynne) of Whitesboro, NY; his sisters, Donna Ince-Lopez of Island, WA and Ardith Dersham of Syracuse, NY; his granddaughter Kelsey Jean; and his stepgrandchildren, Lain and Maddux Thompson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
