He is survived by: his wife Patricia Elaine Kuehnle; his children, John Ralbovsky (Karen), Julie Smith (Steve), Jennifer Grove (Ken) and Tricia Brown (Kevin); his grandchildren, Sam Ralbovsky (Maycie), Kate Ralbovsky, Ryan Smith (Thom), Nolan Smith (Sarah), Danielle Grove, Jessica Grove (Damien), Tyler Grove (Arianna), Andrew Brown, Brian Gurtowski (Julia), Ben Gurtowski (Stacey) and Zach Brown (Gabrielle); his great grandchildren, Eliot, Morgan, Taylor, Spencer Ralbovsky, Lillie Pate, Devin Lopez, McKenzie Lopez, Savannah Grove, Colsen Smith, Wesley and Eloise Gurtowski; his brother Michael Polenski; his nephew Bill Kuehnle (AnnMarie); and his friend Jack White (Shirley).
