He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul and Mary (Miller) of Middleville; his siblings, Vince, Anthony, Paul, Bernie, Pauline Ozog (Plink) and Irene Walczak; and his wife Gloria Anne Pullen.
He is survived by: his children, Michael (Margaret), Michele Swift, Mary Beth Jodway (Bernard), Mark (Stephanie), Melissa (Jami) and Matthew; his grandchildren, Eric (Jen), Brian (Logan), Andrew, Adam (Natalia), Corky, Alyssa (Zach), Benjamin (Katherine), Kaitlin (Pat), Zachary (Cat), Madison, Matthew (Miranda) and Jackson; and his great grandchildren, Noah, Olivia, Spencer, Emerson, Annabella, Samuel, Sage, Pierce, Hazel, Chase, Mila and Frances. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
It is the wish of the family that contributions in loving memory of Maynard be considered to The Little Falls Elks Lodge BPOE #42, General Fund, and envelopes will be available at the funeral home for this purpose.
