She is survived by: her stepmother Hannah; her son Alan (Lois); her niece Sherry Klapper; her grandchildren, Shawn (Jorge), Lindsay (Tate), Carey, Emilio and Ian; and her great grandchildren, Marina, Milo, Martin, Nikkilyn, Liam and Hannah.

She worked for most of her life until her retirement, then volunteered at LIJ Hospital for over 25 years until the pandemic.
