She was predeceased by: her husband Panayiotis Giannios; and her son-in-law Theodore Tsimbidis. She is survived by: her children, Vicky Tsimbidis, Rita, Spyro Avdoulos, Nektarios and Christina Giannios; her grandchildren, Tessie, Scott Schultz, Evan, Irina Avdoulos, Pierre Tsimbidis, Peter Avdoulos, Demetri, Chloe Giannios and Peter Giannios; her great grandchildren, Victoria Schultz, Alexandra, Samantha Avdoulos, Lucas and Andreas Avdoulos; and her sisters, Zoi Govis and Panayiota Serigos of Skokie, IL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to her beloved parish, Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Shrine Church of Flushing, NY.
