He was predeceased by: his wife Marie "Trudy" D'Agostino (Charles); his parents, Genevieve and Harry; and his brother David D'Agostino. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Katy Pallocco, Kristin Parzych (Alec), Courtney Wrobel, Owen Valentine, Ryan Valentine, Connor McClain, Brayden McClain, Olivia Valentine, Charli Walma and Zachary Walma; his great grandchild Maverick Parzych; and his girlfriend Susan Dudley.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Christ the King Church (21 Cherry Tree Cir, Liverpool, NY 13090).
