Matthews of Liverpool, New York, born in Gouverneur, New York, who passed away on September 15, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Albert Matthews and Vera Matthews (Porter); his wife Mary Lou Matthews (Pedley) of Liverpool, NY; his sons, David Matthews (Carol) of Pennellville, NY, Christopher Matthews (Cindy) of Roanoke, TX and Mark Matthews (Debbie) of Apex, NC; his grandchildren, Tony (Ashley), Alex, Noah, Brenna and Sophia; and his great grandchild Mia.
