He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Sullivan (Teller) and Francis E. Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Sullivan (Potts); his children, Colleen Hall (Earl), Scott (Kate Williams) and Marc Sullivan (Erica); his grandchildren, Cassidy, Kendra, Caleb, Addy, Hannah, Hadley and Connor; and his siblings, Michael Sullivan (Cinde), Kathleen Kramer (Rick) and Daniel Sullivan (Denise). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Francis' name may be made to the American Cancer Society.
