He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Evans and Mary Evans; and his brother Robert Evans. He is survived by: his wife Laura Evans (Mazza); his daughters, Michelle Vann and Amy Hovater (Eric); his grandchildren, Catherine, Jessica, Jayson, Cameron and Ryan; his sisters, Rosemary White (Tim) and Nancy Yates; and his sister-in-law Marge Evans. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
