He was predeceased by : his parents, Hyman Charles and Beatrice Skopinsky (Parker); and his brother Thomas Skopinsky. He is survived by : his wife Nancy King (King) of Liverpool, NY; his daughter Rachel Flower (Austin) of Wayland, NY; his grandson Harrison; and his siblings, Bernard Skopinsky, Arthur Skopinsky (Diane), Carolyn Hough and Deborah Ernest.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Samaritan Center, 215 N. State St. Syracuse, NY 13203.
