He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Fulmer and Mary Fulmer. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his daughters, Penny Smith (Dale), Traci Fulmer, Terri Silky (Pete) and Cindy Weber (Dennis); his sisters, Janet Stracqualursi (Frank) and Anna Capriotti; and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Tommy, Texina, Maddison, Matthew and Mackenzie.
