With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James P. Best of Liverpool, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his birth parents, James and Florence Best; and his foster parents, Thomas Scarlett and Kathleen Scarlett. He is survived by: his siblings, Dorothy Best Smith, Alice Meling, Kathy Bradley and Tom Best.
