We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Jeffrey R. Parker of Liverpool, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Anne, Homer Parker, Alice and Stanley Sawicki; his uncle Thomas Sunheimer; and his aunt Norma Jean Sawicki.

He is survived by: his son Jacob Parker of Syracuse; his parents, Carol Parker (Sawicki) and Robert Parker of Baldwinsville; his sisters, Dawn Jenis (Mark) of Webster, NY and Wendy Smith (Michael) of McKinney, TX; and his siblings' children, Shania, Sierra Jenis, Brookelyn Smith, Noah, Nicholas, Blake and Braden Smith.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jeffrey's memory may be made to the "Nephrology Research Fund 268" and sent to The Upstate Foundation 750 E. Adams Street CAB326 Syracuse, NY 13210.
