He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hamlin and Eleanor Reith Hamlin; and his sisters-in-law, Claudia Hamlin, Shannon Gennuso and Lori "Chai" Willson.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Hamlin (Gennuso); his children, Sarah Del Hamlin and Walter "Tony" Hamlin (Kristyna); his brother Canon (W. Richard Hamlin); his stepbrother Kevin Duke (Melanie); his sister-in-law Renee Bowen (Ronald); and his nieces, Eleanor, Margaret and Arwyn.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, one of Jack's favorite charities.
