Though Kenneth may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Kenneth leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Palmer and Mary Palmer (Jones); and his wife Donna M. Palmer (Parry). He is survived by: his close friend Sue A. Smith of Baldwinsville, NY; and his friend Sandy Lovell. He is also survived by several step children and step grandchildren, cousins.
