It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Rosa (Tarantino) Vannelli of Liverpool, New York, who passed away on February 12, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Vito and Chiara Tarantino (Selicato); and her son-in-law Joseph DiDomenico. She is survived by: her husband Joseph R. Vannelli; her daughters, Christina Peterson (Jeffrey), Lisa DiDomenico, Carmela Camarella (Michael) and Michelle V. Kasouf; her grandchildren, Joshua, Juliana, Elissa, Joseph, Sophia, Nina, Anthony, Dominic, Serafina, Nicholas and Lilyana; and her siblings, Stephen Tarantino (Marilyn) of Rosie's Corner and Laura Vadala (Alan).
