She was predeceased by : her parents, Bertha M. Bell of Syracuse, NY and George Jones; and her brother Richard Jones of Baldwinsville, NY.. She is survived by : her husband Louis L. Kapp; her children, Robert Kapp of Liverpool and Sara Strouphauer of Round Rock, TX; her brother Gary Bell of Cicero, NY; and her grandchildren, Jason and Emily Strouphauer. She is also survived by her sibling's spouses along with several nieces and nephews.
