She was predeceased by : her husbands, Mark R. Bailey and Lawrence R. Keefe; her brothers, David Millard and Douglas Millard; and her stepchildren, Donald James Keefe and Deborah Lynn Keefe.

She is survived by : her daughter Theresa M. Bailey of Liverpool, NY; her granddaughters, Kayleen Procopio of Liverpool, NY and Abigail Keefe of Tampa; her brother Daniel Millard (Carol); and her close friend Betty Rathbun.
