Russel W. Morison Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Russel W. Morison of Liverpool, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 12, 2025 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Russel W. Morison to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Morison and Mildred Morison (Still); and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Carol "Jean" Morison (Updike); his children, Donna Dunham, Susan Morison, Karen MacDougall (Leon), Daniel Morison (Beth) and Julie Rubacky (Mark); and his sister Joyce DiFederico. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Maurer Funeral Home (3541 NY-31, Baldwinsville, NY 13027). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Pope John Xxiii Roman Catholic Church (8290 Soule Rd, Liverpool, NY 13090).
