She was predeceased by: her parents, John Roger Cecil and Katherine Fitzsimmons Cecil; her husband Merle; and her brother John Cecil. She is survived by: her brother Edward "Ted" Coggen (Dianne) of Liverpool; her sister-in-law Pam Cecil of Baldwinsville; her daughter Holly Pratt; her granddaughter Cecilia Pratt; her son Charles "Chad" Pratt (Tracy Ryan); and her nieces and nephews, ThereséSacchetti (Dan Benjamin) of Syracuse, Cindy Allen (Rick), Jennifer Coggen (Kristine Luse), Melanie Coggen (Lucy Zotti), Theresa "Teri" Rodriguez (Robert), Kelly Coggen (Melissa Ferris) of Memphis, Rick Cecil (Sheila) of Scarsdale, Marshall Boughton (Betty), Donn Boughton (Beckie) and Mark Boughton (Cecilia).
