It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan A. Otis of Liverpool, New York, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Leo Meadows and Mary Meadows (Freshwater); her husband Gary R. Otis; her son Kenneth R. Otis; her sister Libby Holden; and her pet Mookie.

She is survived by : her children, Christine Kot (William) of Cicero and James Otis (Andrea) of North Syracuse; her siblings, Fred Meadows (Sherri) of Newport, NC and Terri Lambrecht of Bear Creek, NC; and her grandchildren, Hunter Kot, Kaley Otis, Kiera Kot and Ryan Otis.
