He was predeceased by: his wife Christina; and his parents, Thomas Coughlin and Shirley Coughlin. He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Foster (Dave) and Laurie VanBramer-Harmer Harmer (Jeff); his granddaughter Ashley Bailey (Antwan); and his sister Deborah DiCarlo (David). He is also survived by niece, a nephew, and great-grandchildren.
