He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Cowan (Kelley), Pamela Vela (Tom) and Barbara Ball (Jack); his grandchildren, Rachel, Molly (Zach), Andy, Katie Cowan, Megan Doty (Matt), Alex Vela, John, Ryan and Erin Ball; and his great grandchildren, Nora, Jane and Drew Doty.
