He was predeceased by : his parents, Geraldine and Paul; and his brothers, Bruce and Paul DeForge. He is survived by : his wife Katherine DeForge (Miles); his daughter Tanya DeForge; his sisters, Katherine Rupert (John), Christine LaRocco (Joseph) and Jackie O'Toole (Mike Tumolo); and his sisters-in-law, Sue Wilcox, Pam Kajdasz (Matt) and Carol Scarcella (Rocco). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
