He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Collins and Sally Collins. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his daughter Caitrin Collins; his brother Brian Collins (Carol); his nephew Benjamin Collins; and his uncle Jack Reistrom (Lee).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Falardeau Funeral Home (93 Downer St, Baldwinsville, NY 13027). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
