He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank A. Burbank Jr. and Ruth Burbank; and his sister Joyce. He is survived by: his wife Susan Colby; his children, Jennifer Atreidis (Vernon) of Florida and Kris Burbank (Emily McClendon); his grandchildren, Fox Dawson, Haven Sioux and Seneca Quinn; and his sister Caryl Lajoie (Leo). He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
