As Valarie departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Valarie may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Valarie leaves behind.

She is survived by: her daughter Rochelle Brisbane (Terry Norris); her parents, Douglas Brisbane and Lois Ann Brisbane (White); her siblings, Viki Woodcock (Woody), Roger Brisbane (Nancy), Randy Brisbane (Patricia), Robbie Brisbane (Christi) and Ronald Brisbane; and her grandson Aiden Norris. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home (21 Big Tree St, Livonia, NY 14487). A memorial service was held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
