He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Kinney and Eloise Kinney (Kern); and his brother William Grant Kinney. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kinney (Merrill); and his children, Jim Kinney (Amy) of Kansas, Margaret Kellogg (Jeff) of Alaska, Edward Kinney (Becky) of Jordan, Toby Merrill of Locke and Tim Westfall (Sara) of Moravia. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
