With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Susan Jean Naylor of Locke, New York, born in Cortland, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 18, 2026 at the age of 68. She was predeceased by: her brother Robbie Phelps. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Naylor; her children, Jason Naylor (Heather Pooler) and Jessica Miles (Matthew); her parents, Lloyd Phelps and Jean Liddick Tittlebaum; her grandchildren, Jasmine Badman (Brian), Cassidy Pooler (Tyler Ryan), Jason Naylor, Jr., Riley Brown (Madison) and Caitlyn Naylor; her great grandchild Harper Badman; her siblings, Allen Phelps (Nancy), Nancy Sperrazza (Charles) and Roger Phelps (Jackie); and her half-brother Matthew Tittlebaum. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
