She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Surdel (Timothy), Cynthia Mesler (Dana) and Claudia Carnes; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Surdel (Meredith), Ryan Kagels (Stephanie George), Elizabeth Soemann (Nicholas), Joshua Carnes, Andrea Oliveto (Patrick), John Carnes (Kelsey Hackmer), Tyler Carnes (Korina) and James Carnes (Alexandra); and her brother Chester Kieliszek (Rita). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
