He is survived by: his wife Kristine Gazzo (Allen); his children, Niki Levy (Nate), Katherine Cummings (Ronald) and Michael Gazzo (Christina); his grandchildren, Vivian, Lyria, Nora and Joseph; and his brother William Gazzo (Grace).
