She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Williams and Ethel Williams (Stoll); her son Keith Rafter; and her nephew Joseph Williams. She is survived by: her husband Franklin Quant, Jr.; her children, William Rafter (Beth) and Jeannie Peck (Roy); her grandchildren, Gary St (Lori), Natalie St. Onge, Candace Fulford (Michael), Jacqueline Amdahl (Brandon) and Rebecca Seymour; her great grandchildren, Madisen St. Onge, Dylan Iadicicco, Destiny Ciemny (Nick), Trevor Fulford (Kayleigh Frasier), Brayden Fulford, Charlotte Amdahl and Juliet Amdahl; her great great grandchildren, Gabriella Fulford, Grayson Fulford and Cameron Ciemny; her siblings, William Williams (late Marie) and Betty Lou Fiegl (late Paul); and her sister-in-law Mary Maiorana (Larry). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
