With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Austin M. Washbon of Lockport, New York, born in Newfane, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 11, 2025 at the age of 30. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandmother Judith Chattin of Middleport, NY; and his brothers, Chad Gibson and Jesse Gibson of Florida. He is survived by: his parent Kristine Washbon of Albion; his grandparents, Lawrence and Jennifer Washbon of Medina; his great-uncle Rodney Recore (Lori) of Gasport; his uncle Larry Washbon (Ellen) of Hamlin; his aunts, Paula Washbon of Medina and Kelly Gibson of Medina; his siblings, Alyssa Washbon (Cody) of Gasport, Catherine Heal (Mike) of Barker, Krystle Mead of Socorro, Dylan Gibson and Alex Gibson of Florida; and his siblings' children, KaliRaine, O'Conner, Hutson, CharleeAnn, Melanie and Michael.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sherrie Bream Funeral Home (4521 Main St, Gasport, NY 14067). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location.
