It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara N Kelsey of Lockport, New York, born in Hammondsport, New York, who passed away on August 3, 2022, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Roland L. Bateman; and her husband Robert B. Kelsey. She is survived by: her son Fred Bateman; her daughter-in-law Suzanne Bloom; her grandchildren, Noah and Jesse Bateman; and her stepdaughter Jane Kelsey. She is also survived by her sister Ruth's daughters and son.
