Wroten (Lockport, New York), born in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on January 5, 2022, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Kay [Wroten] Oliver and William B. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
