It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine E. Tobin (Lockport, New York), born in Pueblo, Colorado, who passed away on April 16, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lieutenant Colonel John and Margaret Foley (Norton); her son Michael D. Tobin; and her siblings, John, Thomas, Marcus and Brian Foley.
She is survived by: her husband David Tobin; her children, Renée Tobin (Joel Schneider) and Christopher Tobin (Leslie); her grandchildren, Ryan, Lena and Finnegan; her siblings, Patricia Neill, Michael Foley (Ginger), William Foley, Theresa Ord, Vincent "Sean" Foley and Timothy Foley; and her siblings-in-law, Donna Dufrane, Barbara Tobin, Martin Tobin and Maxine Powers. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and dear friends.
