He is survived by: his wife Kelli Hallifax Pines; his sons, Phillip Pines (Lacey) and Nathan Pines (Kim); his grandchildren, Jameson, Dominic and Brooklyn; his sister Patti Bass; his mother-in-law Sharon Hallifax; and his sister-in-law Jody Conrad (Jeff). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
