We are sad to announce that, on January 1, 2024, at the age of 89, Charles E. Wheeler (Lockport, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Wheeler and Helen Wheeler (Reeson); and his wife Joan Wheeler (Guest). He is survived by: his sons, Paul (Kathy) and Bryant (Lynn); his grandchildren, Charlie, Jessica, Samantha and Meghan; and his great grandchild Elijah.
