He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolla W. Wagner and Genius Wagner; his wife Mary White Wagner; and his grandson Christopher Wagner (Nicole). He is survived by: his sons, Douglas Wagner (Jeanne) and Robert J. Wagner; his granddaughter Heather Dellefave (Pete); and his siblings-in-law, Doris Kovacs, Jean Wagner, Juanita Wagner and Robert White. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
