The memory of Clara A. Galbo (Lockport, New York), who passed away on July 5, 2025 at the age of 84, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Clara may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Galbo and Anna Galbo (Frederico); her sister Rosalie; and her brother-in-law Edwin Tucker. She is survived by: her sibling's children, Michael Tucker (Kathy) and Shirley Weiland (Tony); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lisa Stafford (Neil), Jennifer Fuller (Norm), Michelle Ferree (Matt), Michael Tucker (Hayley), Anthony Weiland (Amanda) and Jake Weiland (Ashleigh Burgio). She is also survived by eleven great-great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, Inc. (242 Genesee St, Lockport, NY 14094). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist R. C. Church (168 Chestnut St, Lockport, NY 14094).
