He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Chamberlain and Eunice Chamberlain (Cross); and his wife Mary Louise (Layer). He is survived by: his children, Michael D. Chamberlain (Cynthia) and Lara J. Chamberlain; and his siblings, Phyllis Marra, Lois Wheeler, Marcia Hynes and Dean Chamberlain.
