He is survived by: his children, Crystal Dunne, Amanda Miller, Nicole Mesler, Tyler Biermann and Zachary Biermann; and his sister Marilyn Hines (Bill). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, two great grandchildren, one niece, and one nephew.
