We announce the death of Donald A. Eggert (Lockport, New York), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on June 22, 2026, at the age of 91. Donald will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Donald will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Donald’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenz Eggert and Laura Eggert (Yung); his wife Donna Eggert (Dennis); and his siblings, David and Gertrude.
He is survived by: his sons, Lawrence Eggert (Marea), Dennis Eggert (Cindy) and Paul Eggert; his brother-in-law Paul Dennis (Gail); and his nieces and nephews, Ben Dennis (Henri) and Michele Brannan (Richard Graney). He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren.
