He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis "Bud" Devine and Phyllis Devine (Conley); his siblings, Dennis Devine (Mary Beth), Timothy Devine, David Devine (Roxanne) and Darcie Devine; his nieces and nephews, Kelley Devine, Kristen Molinaro (Anthony), Jamie Devine, Michael Devine (Monica), Brian Devine (Mattie) and Jennie Hubbard (Joseph); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Michael, Anthony of Aiden, C. J., Daniel, Jewell, Paige, Jagur of Jaiden, T. J., Vincenzo and Isabelle.
