He is survived by: his wife Doreen Petty (Murphy); his daughters, Trisha Livergood (Rodney) and Mary Jo Currie (Dennis); his grandchildren, Logan, Lauren Livergood and Tyler; his children, Ryan and Ayden Currie; his close friend Gary Hardiman (late Cathy); his father-in-law James Murphy (late Nelsonia); his siblings-in-law, Jospeh Murphy (late Roxanne), Howard Murphy and Susan Phillips; and his nibling Mellisa LaFrance (Daniel). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Wounded Warrior Project or to Roswell Park Cancer Institute would be appreciated by the family.
