He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hill and Thelma Hill; his former wife Sandra Hill; his stepdaughter Amy Kelley; and his siblings, Phillip Hill and Phyllis Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Debra J. Hill; his daughters, Michelle Hill and Gabrielle Hill; his stepson Ryan Kelley (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Audrianna, Rodney, Leo, Taylor, Brant, Jamie, Brady and Anthony; his sister Carol Herring (Jim); his mother-in-law Barbara Smith (late Harold); and his siblings-in-law, Gordon Smith (Maryann), Sherry Hill and Jennifer Smith.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home (242 Genesee St, Lockport, NY 14094). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Emmanuel United Methodist Church (75 East Ave, Lockport, NY 14094).
In lieu of flowers donations to Roswell Park Cancer Institute or Niagara Hospice would be appreciated.
