He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Forsyth and Florence L. Bixler Forsyth; his son Kevin Forsyth; and his brother George. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Feitshans (Kurt), Tim Forsyth (Denise), David Forsyth, Brock Forsyth, Gwen LaJoie (Ron) and Karen Forsey (Alan Jr.); his daughter-in-law Denise Forsyth; and his brothers, Dick Forsyth and Elton Forsyth. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 13 great- grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
