It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ella B. Wiley of Lockport, New York, who passed away on May 27, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Brown and Lillie Maud Brown; her stepmother Dorothy Mae Brown; her sisters, Georgia and Cora Alberta (Flemming) of Jacksonville, FL.; her grandchildren, Fredrick Hollis IV, Alan Michael Flowers and Courtney Wiley Blue; and her children-in-law, Gwendolyn Robinson-Wiley and Fredrick Hollis.
She is survived by: her children, Ellen Goins, Ethel Shellman of Niagara Falls, NY, Roland Wiley, Gloria Flowers, George Wiley, Jr. (Julie), John Wiley (Diane), Lori Wiley of Lockport, NY, Lillie Upshaw (Benathen) of Clarence, NY, Carlos Wiley (Michelle) of Lancaster, PA and Tunishya Jones (Joseph) of Chesapeake, VA; and her brother Samuel Brown (Erma) of Tifton. She is also survived by 31 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren.
